The Oakridge Mountain Community is governed by the “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Oakridge Mountain Community” also known as the Covenants.
The Covenants are supplemented by the “Bylaws of Oakridge Mountain Community Association, Inc.” known as the Bylaws.
In order to preserve the aesthetic value of our neighborhood and the mountains, as well as maintaining a healthy and abundant living environment, the members of the Oakridge Mountain Community Association members voted and agreed upon the “Oakridge Mountain Community Design Committee Specifications”.
